The US and Europe have reached a trade agreement. The US will impose a 15% tariff on Europe

It was reported that on the 27th, US President Donald Trump and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen held talks at the Turnberry Golf Course in South Ayrshire, Scotland, UK, and ultimately announced a new trade agreement between the US and the EU.
Trump said that the EU will increase its investment in the US by 600 billion US dollars compared to before. The EU will purchase US military equipment and will buy US energy products worth 750 billion US dollars.
Von der Leyen said that the negotiations with Trump were very difficult. She said, "I knew from the very beginning that it was indeed very tough." But we reached a conclusion that was beneficial to both sides. Von der Leyen said that these trade agreements with the United States would bring stability to the market.
Reuters said that German Chancellor Merz welcomed the agreement, saying it avoided a trade conflict.
On the other hand, Bernd Lange, the president of the International Trade Committee of the European Parliament, expressed dissatisfaction with the agreement, saying that these tariffs were unbalanced and that the huge investment allocated by the EU to the US might come at the expense of the EU's own interests.
